b. Any and all payments, costs and attorneys' fees from and for any and all claims and liability from losses or damages of any kind to persons arising out of the application of any doctrine of strict liability.
c. Any and all payments, expenses, costs and attorney's fees from and for any and all claims and liability from losses or damage of any kind to persons occasioned wholly or in part by or resulting from any acts or omissions for any cause or reason whatsoever arising out of or by reason of the use of any and all property owned by Whatliesinyourdebt.com / Liberty Marketing, LLC during the membership term.
d. Any and all payments, expenses, costs and attorney's fees from and for any and all claims and liability from losses or damage of any kind to persons occasioned wholly or in part by or resulting from any acts or omissions for any cause or reason whatsoever arising out of or by reason of Member’s use of any and all property owned by Whatliesinyourdebt.com / Liberty Marketing, LLC.
Termination and Cancellation of Services:
